Hawaiʻi CARES Crisis Center Volume
Following the devastating August 2023 wildfires on Maui, the Maui Wildfire Warmline was established to address specific needs of those affected and operated from January 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025.
Crisis Counselors are equipped to make outbound calls when coordination is required with collateral contacts or to dispatch a Crisis Mobile Outreach (CMO) unit to assist a resident in crisis. Their mission is to ensure timely, compassionate, and effective support for anyone in need across the state.
